The UnLtd 4iP scheme will be giving awards of up to £5,000 to help individuals from across the UK to turn their digital media project into a reality.
4iP will share its expertise in digital media and UnLtd will provide dedicated support including training opportunities, mentoring and access to resources to help individuals develop their skills and their projects.

Up until October, there is a live webcam from Trafalgar Square featuring anyone who wants to appear…sort of. You have to apply for a slot. Here’s the bumph…
Every hour, 24 hours a day, for 100 days without a break, a different person will make the Plinth their own. If you’re selected, you can use your time on the plinth as you like. One & Other is open to anyone and everyone from any corner of the UK. As long as you’re 16 or over and are living or staying in the UK, you can apply to be part of this unforgettable artistic experiment.

New service in local construction
Think Local Construction is a free service provided by Sandwell Council for placing permanent and temporary local staff with suitable employers in the construction industry. Think Local places more than 80 young people into work-based training and over 200 semi-skilled and skilled workers into employment each year.
Simply add your details to the site and employers can search and find your details.
Easier job searching now available
We’ve added a neat tool which allows you to search for jobs from Jobcentreplus without going through all their processes which can take ages. The website we use, Jobcentreproplus, has been developed to show how easier things can be made. There is a link on the right of this page.
Support to stop smoking
We’ve added details of all the local stop smoking sessions. These sessions are free and operate on a ‘drop in’ basis.
